Carburetor (air cleaner box side) installation\u2014a must-see for those who find it tricky?

Installing from the air cleaner box side is surprisingly faster (by our measure).

Every time I look at the manual, don’t you find yourself thinking ????.
Anyway, we can’t do without it, but I think the manual is a kind of standard.

With the TPS, you can’t just put it back where it was. Make sure to adjust it properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When synchronizing, the ignition coil has to be temporarily positioned like this or the layout gets tight on the Bandit 1200.
Everything takes extra effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right engine hanger was bent, so we corrected it with a slotted hole.

When you install something, if the bolts don’t come out and go in smoothly, removal and installation both become nerve-wracking and frustrating, right?
When everything runs smooth&and mild, that’s what we’re after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It looks like a brand-new carburetor.

When a stock negative-pressure carb is in this condition, you can really take pride in it.
