After discussing it, we decided to go back to the original.

It would work fine if it were a VFR400R NC30, but the RVF400 is quite different.
As you’d expect from a Honda motorcycle, the RVF400 is so tight that you can’t fit anything but the original parts\u2014it’s incredible!

Even though we said we’d go back to the original, I completely forgot that the pipe had deformed into an oval shape.
Making a jig to fix it would be a hassle (and cost more), so I searched around for a pipe, and found a stainless steel pipe with a nice inner diameter.

I’ll fix it with a split TO cut. Gently heat it and squeeze it… squeeze it… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I looked into using original hoses too, but they’re all discontinued.
