Obvious, right? <br>Well, yes, but just by riding a motorcycle, your lifetime risk goes way up. <br>There are so many dangers. <br><br>I think motorcycling is a hobby you enjoy once you understand the risks and hazards involved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I may have written this before. <br><br>I didn&#8217;t originally get my moped license because I wanted to ride motorcycles. I just wanted an ID. <br>That&#8217;s all it was. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A moped could be purchased in a day, and the price was easy on a high school part-time job budget, so when I was invited, I decided on the spot. <br>The written test went smoothly, and at the end I did a &#8220;test ride&#8221; at the edge of Sameshio. *It was a scooter without a top box. <br>They lent me a half helmet, I started the engine, and when I actually rode it&#8230; <br><br>I was amazed that it moved without pedaling like a bicycle! And I thought it was such a cool vehicle that from then on I just had to ride one\u2014I couldn&#8217;t stop wanting to. <br>I worked hard at my part-time job and bought the scooter of my dreams. <br><br>I had some falls, but accidents started happening regularly once I began using it for my commute. <br>As you spend more time and distance riding, you gain all kinds of experience, but naturally the risks increase too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By the way, I&#8217;ve had right-angle collisions many times. <br>I haven&#8217;t had an instant right-angle direct collision, but even thinking about it now, I probably couldn&#8217;t avoid it. <br>Intersections are scary from my experience, so I slow down somewhat before entering.
