Details: <\/strong> Repairing a rear-end collision isn’t just about fixing the back. The massive kinetic energy travels through the frame and stresses the front end as well. Today, we meticulously inspected the front forks and steering stem for any bends or hidden damage. Fortunately, the front structure held up well! However, to be absolutely safe, we replaced the front wheel bearings. An impact while the brakes are applied can easily damage the internal bearing races. Verdict: <\/strong> With fresh, properly greased wheel bearings pressed in, the front wheel spins flawlessly.
