(Taking notes&#8230;) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don&#8217;t you think that in the 20th century, even small things were treated as know-how? <br>Unlike today, it was an era when you couldn&#8217;t easily learn about things\u2014truly an analog age. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Back in the day&#8230; hmm. <br>After getting the carburetor tuned, apparently they&#8217;d file off the jet markings? <br>That sort of thing&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I wonder what original parts they were using for these adaptations? Of course, they wouldn&#8217;t tell you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manufacturing methods were trade secrets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Well, there are plenty of such stories. <br>In the era before the internet, there seemed to be a prevailing attitude that information you&#8217;d spent time gathering shouldn&#8217;t be shared\u2014&#8221;discretion is the better part of valor,&#8221; so to speak. <br><br>The accumulation of such secrets was your meal ticket, I suppose? It was what set you apart from others. <br>Now in the 21st century, with 5G running at full speed, information flows smoothly from around the world, and we&#8217;re in an age of abundance where all sorts of know-how has become open. <br>Thanks to that, I think the general standard of the public has risen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What used to be understood only within small circles can now be known and shared on a global scale. <br>If there&#8217;s an opportunity to learn through the internet, shouldn&#8217;t we share even small things and help someone else? That&#8217;s what I think about every day. <br><br>When you really think about it, isn&#8217;t it better to connect with many people over something that might not be that significant, rather than hoarding trivial information?
