The image of the SR400 is kind of like the older brother type?
Mystery wiring jobs, bolt-on customs? Parts forced on, cracks everywhere, rust everywhere… the impression is zero love. People who confuse grit with dirt… that’s pretty scary. A solid 100% pass for us.

I replace the tube and rim tape with new ones every other time for tube-type tires.
Since this is the first time, I’ve ordered them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s reassuring to mark it with tape so you don’t mix up the rotation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new one is still easy to clean, which helps. Let’s polish it nicely and apply rust preventative oil before wiping it down. Try to keep it from rusting as much as possible.

Before I knew about this, I used to struggle pulling the tube through with a wire tool.

With a changer, you won’t pinch the tube or damage the rim.

When the wheels are off like this, you can clean hard-to-reach spots too, which helps keep things in good condition longer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wanted to reset it, so I replaced it. (It’s super clean\u2014that’s FI for you) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I replaced the air filter and cleaned the calipers too.

Let’s replace the brake fluid. The return port is wide open = it’ll squirt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I installed the brake master float that I mentioned the other day, cut down.
This makes the next time super easy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
