The tank mole was out of stock at our shop, so we couldn’t finish it (\uff1b\u2200\uff1b)

It was subtly bent, so we replaced it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s Honda’s usual rubber. At around 80 to 100 yen, your shift touch is expected to improve by about 0.35% (by our measurements). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those of you running this factory-specified tank mole, it’s a bit iffy.
You have to secure it with adhesive or double-sided tape, which seems like a design flaw to me.
We’ve covered the Suzuki factory mole in a previous blog post, so we’re swapping it out for that one. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it falls over, there’s definitely a lot of gap on the left side… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We corrected it like this. By correction, I mean we stared at it intently, clamped it in a vise, and tapped it with a plastic hammer… that sort of thing.

Unfortunately, everyone, part number 34810-40C00 fuel gauge assembly appears to be discontinued… <\/p>\n\n\n\n
