How are you all doing with the cedar pollen in full bloom?

I think we’re pretty much done with cedar season now. I believe that intense typhoon-like strong winds and heavy rain blew it all away. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The parts are all in, so we wrapped it up today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

We’re fabricating the brake hose.
We don’t sell or install generic brake hoses where you can choose the length freely.
It’s pretty much impossible to install without forcing it.
I believe that fitting everything to the actual bike is better than anything else. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We fabricate a fixed bracket for the TEE-FIT so that the layout is safe with no issues even when turning the handlebars fully left or right and at full stroke. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think brake hose should be the minimum necessary length.

I sometimes see bikes with very long hoses installed and I wonder, “How has nothing happened yet?” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We replaced the caliper housing bolts at this time.
We’ve recently started stocking trivalent black as well\u2014pretty subtle stuff.

The fuses were getting old, so we replaced them including spares.
We tapped the ETC power from the OP power source, so it looks clean. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We investigated the mystery of why the fuel cock lever was mysteriously heavy and stiff.

It might be better to replace it at least once on any bike.

We also replaced the shift and brake rubber.
It’s a small thing, but it makes a subtle difference in how good it feels. Honda genuine parts are about 80 yen, so it might be worth doing at every inspection.

Other customers also keep shift rubber in stock, so you can get it done during an oil change too.
