It used to look so big back then.
It still looks big now, though… If you take the “always fine” attitude at face value, things can get risky, so I got started right away. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

I heard they recently switched to titanium pipes. Ah, so that’s where they’re from…

The serviceability is quite good, which is really appreciated.

Radial tires are pricier compared to bias tires.

I was worried it might be heavy and wobbly, but…
As expected, the radial tire is spot-on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There really are tires out there that are heavy and wobbly, so be careful.
*You can’t do anything about it even if you look, but… maybe it’s better not to look. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Give some love to the spots you can only polish when they’re off.

For a moment I thought about draining from the drain at the bottom and replacing it, but removing the forks and draining is safer, so I took them off. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It had quite a fragrant smell to it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An emulator-type part came rolling out from inside.

There was a slight issue, so I took it off for now. I added the emulator portion and made a spacer. I didn’t have the materials, so I used steel. (^^\u266a I think it’s probably a distance spacer.

Vacuum bleed thoroughly to remove air, and assemble the narrow forks carefully, checking details as you go. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I cleaned the brake calipers. All operations are smooth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
