The constant problem is rubber parts.

It was in a condition that showed its history. With these kinds of bolts and nuts, oil-cooled bikes in general\u2014I’ve never experienced them coming loose or stripping, so we’re good. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m the type who applies grease to the damper.

I think it helps prevent the case side from wearing away rough.
Usually it gets all rough. *The crankcase is in a sense a wear item. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you’re working and remove bolts and nuts into a tray, don’t they make a clattering sound?
Sorting them is a hassle too. “Wait, I have extras?” That’s frustrating, right?

If we use a Ring Star SP-3200D as a tray, we can store the removed parts in order, and even if work is interrupted, we can just cover it and store it as is. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We store the parts we remove by customer in these, so nothing gets lost.

They’re incredibly durable, so for a shop, it might be good to have about five sets to start with.

I just counted them… and the shocking truth is we have 96 boxes!
