So what’s this fuse-blowing issue all about?

A clear symptom is nice to have. Just put in a circuit breaker fuse and start removing parts one by one. Hmm, could be the switch… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I threw together a harness for TPS adjustment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made it so a HIOKI (Hioki E.E. Corporation) 3246-60 digital multimeter fits right in. <\/a>
With this pen-type meter, I reckon you can handle pretty much any general maintenance work.

When we got back from the test ride, the left rear turn signal wasn’t lighting up.

Could the bulb be burned out?

But it wasn’t. The contact pin had snapped clean off.
Replacing the whole turn signal just for that seemed wasteful, so I soldered it back together and called it fixed.
