when inserted on the engine side there&#8217;s a lot of clearance. <br>Normally you&#8217;d countersink the bolt head area and insert this collar there with a longer bolt to secure it. <br>With this aluminum collar, it crushes easily and tends to get buried in the guard side. <br>Basically, it becomes loose easily and the engine isn&#8217;t properly secured. <br>In a crash, the front mount can installation of an aftermarket &#8220;Plasma Booster&#8221; ignition module. <strong>Details:<\/strong> The bike came to the garage with a previously installed Plasma Booster. While it&#8217;s a great part for increasing spark energy in oil-cooled engines, the wiring job was poorly done, which is a common issue with used bikes. Poor wiring can lead to sudden engine stalls. We completely removed the messy connections, resoldered everything securely, and rerouted the wires safely away from heat and vibration. <strong>Verdict:<\/strong> The electrical system is now clean and reliable.
