The Bandit 1200 K6 is an individual with poor compatibility with other 1200-series bikes.
Well, though it seems to have some compatibility with the 1250 range, so we can still feel reassured. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The engine is oil-cooled and the frame is around 1250-series? (I haven’t researched it thoroughly.) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don’t wash in the cleaning tank right away. Of course, it’s because the wash oil gets dirty.

It’s good to remove large dirt beforehand.
Shops that are really committed usually have 2-3 cleaning tanks on hand. Time-saving and efficient, I’d say.

We use a leasing service where the wash oil is regularly exchanged for us.
I used to go buy and dispose of it myself in the old days, but going to buy it and disposing of it is a hassle.

For shops that do a lot of maintenance, leasing is recommended. <\/a>\u2190Nichitsu Mineral Oil

Since this is rear maintenance, it’s cleaning and lubrication. For safety, replacing the lock nuts gives you a big boost in peace of mind and improves the appearance too.

The rear isn’t a place that spins freely.
It just rocks back and forth through a small, fixed range. The load is harsh, but….

When the same spot keeps making contact, it wears down and the grease gets scraped and breaks easily. The subjective effect might be subtle, but the rear should feel slightly sharper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sleeve condition was VERY GOOD.
When the bolt and nut heads look clean, the appearance gives off that “oh, they know what they’re doing” vibe.

Conversely, even if you’ve replaced the bearings and all, if the bolts and nuts are old and used, you get that “really, you did an OH?” impression. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like food, when it looks good, it tastes better and lifts your spirits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
