A hugely popular bike in the three-cylinder series.

I really like three-cylinders, actually. The first time I rode one was a Triumph Speed Triple, and I got the impression it had a really nice feel to it.

I’m basically not a fan of singles and twins. As for three-cylinders, I think the expression “a middle ground between two-cylinder and four-cylinder” really hits the mark. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

First up, we’ll charge the battery the same way.

We’ll lubricate the control systems and side stand from the outside. What I always use is Bell Hammer (red) <\/a>. It’s a lubricant I trust. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let’s clean the chain area thoroughly and adjust it after lubrication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We replaced the air filter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Removing clips like this during work really boosts your peace of mind.

The customer wanted to replace the plugs they brought… but the protrusion is low. I wondered about that and poked around on the Denso website.

Yeah, it’s fine. (Since it’s not listed, I checked the same engine type.) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TRACER900 is the same way… the plug cap is so tight it’s a real hassle.

Even though I work at a shop and can remove it, it’s still pretty scary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We apply a little silicone oil to make it smooth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lately, coolant from all the makers is blue.

When ours runs out, maybe we’ll switch to blue too… it feels cooler, doesn’t it? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rubber part was deteriorated, so we replaced the radiator cap.
It’s an NTK P541A. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We replaced the brake fluid with CCI Golden Cruiser DOT4. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hate the 040 3P connector.
Maybe it’s shared with a model that has position?
If you mark it with a marker, you can plug it in right away. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
