I&#8217;m somewhat curious how much brighter it would be with 3 LEDs. <\/a><br>TURN and FUEL are still using regular bulbs. <br>I went with blue for HI to get more of a blue tint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/DSC07244.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37593\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The position lamp socket shape is&#8230; different. That was an ordering mistake ( ;\u2200;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/DSC07246.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37594\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For some reason, after swapping to LED, the OIL light won&#8217;t come on. <br>The fuse is fine and 12V is getting to the ON terminal. <br><br>My diagnosis is that the ground connection is marginal, but I&#8217;ve only done a bulb swap\u2014nothing else. <br><br>My guess is I somehow messed up the bulb connector terminals. <br><br>Temporary connections are a hassle, so I grabbed a meter harness from my junk wiring collection, but it still won&#8217;t light up. <br><br>Why&#8230; when all I&#8217;m doing is changing a bulb? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/DSC07245.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37595\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result was that the oil pressure switch decided to die at this exact moment. <br><br>Can that really happen? Well, I have a used one in stock and gaskets too, so it&#8217;s not a total loss, but&#8230; <br><br>I didn&#8217;t finish again ( \uff1b\u2200\uff1b)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today was another day of coming and going.
