This is electrical work where the progress feels incredibly subtle.

You trace the wires, cut the ties, remove them, fix strange connections, think about the layout, build it, crimp it… that sort of thing.
It’s incredibly tedious, takes forever, and the sense of accomplishment is paper-thin. Plus, you can’t tell what’s going on without removing the fairings.

We’re removing and shielding all the wiring for the ETC, grip heater, voltmeter, and turn signal relay.
Every time you remove them, you need to double-check. After all, there’s no manual for aftermarket parts that are already installed.
If it were just 12V ON and ground, that would be fine, but there are all sorts of questions like, why is it drawing from the battery positive? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
