I think it&#8217;s wasteful, and there are things that have been sitting around for years now, aren&#8217;t there? <br> Camera original boxes <br> Included attachments (washers and vacuums) <br> Unused PP containers <br> Paper-related items <br><br> Once I started throwing things out aggressively, it felt pretty good. <br><br> But strangely, the shop doesn&#8217;t look any different at first glance. Will they fit right in? It works too well and makes the adjustment finicky. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/DSC06334.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38463\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> It takes a bit of technique to install, but this Honda seal fits Kawasaki systems perfectly! It&#8217;s a current-style seal with low resistance, so steering setup is easy too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/DSC06338.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38464\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/DSC06337.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38465\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> This seal won&#8217;t just drop in as-is, so I&#8217;ll leave the details for later. <br> Shaft outer diameter = 28\u03c6 <br> Seal inner diameter = 30\u03c6 <br><br> So it&#8217;s loose. If you don&#8217;t center the seal properly during assembly, it can end up too tight instead. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/DSC06339.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38466\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/DSC06340.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38467\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> But when you put the lower bearing on, the fit is surprisingly good, so it works out to a decent degree. To be precise, the stem drops down by the thickness of the seal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/DSC06343.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38468\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> We also applied Guncoat to the small parts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/DSC06344.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38469\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Double nuts on the stem are absolutely easier. I can see why most of them end up with double nuts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/DSC06346.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38470\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/DSC06345.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38471\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> The shaft has no bend. We cleaned up behind the fender. <br><br> It should be fine for now, but direct bolting of plastic fenders is a bit&#8230; you should take precautions. <br><br> Install a stepped (flanged) spacer to keep the metal from bottoming out, otherwise it&#8217;s not ideal.
