The Kawasaki Z-series design is really nice, isn’t it? The colors they use are beautiful too.

Each of the four domestic manufacturers has its own unique color palette, which is fun to see.
We made good progress today, but we’ve hit another snag with parts.

We’re replacing the air cleaner box and duct. It’s a Doremi Collection part. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally got the brake fluid through and bled the air out.

Even the stock calipers spin the wheel smoothly when properly overhauled.
Actually, single-piston might feel lighter because of more play. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I lightly polished the flange to clean it up.
*There’s a little rust, but I kept it gentle due to the plating\u2014it’ll rust again from the heat anyway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We swapped the muffler from a replica four-pipe to a genuine four-pipe.

After the swap, I figured out the trick.
I was wondering whether to insert them one at a time or two at a time…

Starting from the inner cylinders makes it EASY.
For example, fixing 2\u21921 and 3\u21924 works well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
