Please see here. <\/a><br>I&#8217;ve added a link above. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the validity period of vehicle inspection certificates for all vehicles nationwide whose validity period expires between February 28 and March 31, 2020, will be extended to April 30, 2020. <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding COVID-19, it is extremely important to prevent clusters from generating new clusters in order to bring the epidemic to an early end, and comprehensive measures must be implemented. <br>When a vehicle owner wishes to continue using a vehicle after the validity period of the vehicle inspection certificate expires, they must undergo a continuous inspection conducted by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. However, it is necessary to implement infection prevention measures urgently, and especially during the busy end-of-fiscal-year period, an unspecified number of applicants concentrate at transport bureau windows nationwide, increasing the risk of infection spread. Therefore, applying the provisions of Article 61-2 of the Road Transport Vehicle Act, we are extending the validity period of vehicle inspection certificates and are notifying you of this public notice issued today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cb Target vehicles <br>All vehicles whose vehicle inspection certificate validity period expires on <strong>February 28 through March 31 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u25cb Measure details <br>Vehicle inspection certificate validity period extended to April 30 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u25cb Continuous inspection procedures <br>For target vehicles, you may continue to use your vehicle if you undergo continuous inspection by April 30. <br>Note that no procedure to change the vehicle inspection certificate record due to the validity period extension is necessary. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u25cb Motor vehicle liability insurance (mutual aid) procedures (special measures for contract conclusion) <\/strong><br>For insurance contracts whose coverage period ends before <strong>you undergo continuous inspection, the procedures for concluding renewal contracts are deferred up to April 30. <\/strong><br>For details, please consult with your motor vehicle liability insurance (mutual aid) agent or representative. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><br>To summarize simply&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf <strong>If your vehicle inspection certificate validity period expires between February 28 and March 31 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf <strong>For those above, your vehicle inspection certificate validity period extends to April 30 ~ <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf<strong>Liability insurance also extends up to 4\/30 ~ <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s what it means.
