Until recently, only one was out of stock…

Finally got the intake manifolds together\u2014ordered them from CMS.

One or two at a time is pricey, but once you accumulate a few, it starts to feel like a good deal.

Right now, numbers 1 through 3 are no longer available either.

We’ve applied Gun Coat to the fine details too, so the anti-aging effect should be even better. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The seals and O-rings for the accelerator pump nozzle here aren’t available as parts.

That’s tough, isn’t it?

The reality is we overhaul within the range of what’s supplied.

The hoses in this area are surprisingly good when you use Honda parts\u2014both price-wise and volume-wise. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

There’s a bulk tube part number in the front section of Honda’s parts list, so if you look it up, you can often adapt it. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Wrapping the fuel hose with mesh gives it a slightly more modern OEM look and looks cool.

I think it’s also more resistant to chafing. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We’ve balanced the carbs and that’s one stage done.
