The seal looks good, but&#8230; <br> I adjust the grip before assembling. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/DSC03718.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40750\"\/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/DSC03717.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40751\"\/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/37cGLtE\"> We apply Neutech NC-100 grease <\/a> generously and assemble. <br><br> The good things about this grease are&#8230; <br> \u2022 Despite its consistency, it&#8217;s soft enough for smooth operation. <br> \u2022 It doesn&#8217;t run even under heat. (Especially GOOD on aluminum frames.) <br> \u2022 It doesn&#8217;t wash off easily even with solvent. <br><br> It&#8217;s a grease that combines durability and smooth operation, so it&#8217;s very useful on the bike. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/DSC03719.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40752\"\/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Now we&#8217;ll change the fork oil. It was in good clean condition, which is great. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/DSC03721.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40753\"\/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> We work the rod and inner back and forth, then pull a vacuum. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/DSC03722.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40754\"\/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> It&#8217;s just peace of mind, but if you can feel that the air is out, <br><br> even if there&#8217;s a question about fork operation, <br><br> you can be a bit more confident that &#8220;the air is out, so the oil level should be the same.&#8221; <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/DSC03720.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40755\"\/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> The wheel bearing that was a concern\u2014we adjusted it and called it good. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/DSC03723.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40756\"\/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/DSC03724.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40757\"\/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Let&#8217;s clean up the fine details and apply some oil too. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/DSC03725.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40758\"\/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/DSC03726.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40759\"\/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> The eccentric spacer got dirty, so we&#8217;re replacing it. <br><br> This is pretty cheap&#8230; doesn&#8217;t seem very Kawasaki-like. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/DSC03727.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40760\"\/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/DSC03728.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40761\"\/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> We applied Gun Coat here and there.
