Unified (36610-40C52-000) harness, wiring. The K-type setting gets rejected but the L-type comes up.
Not really different… sort of… M\/N would work too, it seems.

That’s how simple Suzuki’s design is. We’ll replace the harness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

We cut off all these kinds of covers and switch to braided tubing. <\/a>
It gets really stiff and workability suffers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We take care of the little details so you won’t have trouble later.

If the coil contact side is corroded, let’s clean it up.
It’s better to keep the chance of trouble low.

The plug cord is… well, it ran great anyway. In a way, that’s impressive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We always replace the starter lead and ground. We relocate the ground forward for better serviceability. It’s good to strip the paint off the case side. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was all gunked up, so we replaced the starter relay too.

We cut this cover too. If you fit it over and secure it with cable ties, serviceability improves dramatically.
*With the factory method, you’d have to disconnect the terminal while it’s on the bike… that’s just painful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
