It&#8217;s better to ensure the area = 7 cm <sup>2 <\/sup> is secured at the position. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC01937.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42534\"\/><figcaption>Headlight <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Headlights are the toughest part of motorcycle inspection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Brightness = 15,000 cd or more <\/li><li>Yellow bulb (vehicles manufactured before 2005 are OK) <\/li><li>Blue = not allowed (HID requires caution) <\/li><li>Two-light setup: symmetric left and right from vehicle center (size may differ) <\/li><li>Two-light setup: left and right color tone must be the same (similar) <\/li><li>Lens condition = cracks, chips, cut pattern (right-hand traffic) not allowed <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, for vehicles manufactured on or after October 2020, low beam is measured as follows: <br>(UN R98, R112, R113 compliant vehicles are also subject if manufactured on or after June 2015) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cutoff line below horizontal plane <\/li><li>Peak luminous intensity 5,000 cd or more <\/li><li>(Transitional measure: if 2 is non-compliant) high beam luminous intensity 15,000 cd or more <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Reference) ECE regulations related to headlight inspection <br>\u00b7 R98: HID light source headlight regulation <br>\u00b7 R112: asymmetric beam distribution regulation <br>\u00b7 R113: two-wheeler symmetric beam distribution regulation <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vehicles equipped with so-called new light sources, LED and HID, require attention to luminous intensity, beam distribution, and light color. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC01948.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42535\"\/><figcaption>Lighting visible from the rear is not allowed except as listed below. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tail &#038; brake light <\/li><li>Turn signal <\/li><li>License plate light <\/li><li>Back light <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC01942.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42536\"\/><figcaption>Indicator lamp. <br>All marked ones must light up or they fail. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC01936.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42537\"\/><figcaption>LED circuit board tail light\/turn signal <br>Basically multiple bulbs are installed. For Kawasaki Z-series and J-series, it&#8217;s better to check before purchase. If stamped by anyone other than the manufacturer or by authority, permanent cancellation may prevent continued inspection. <br>If you think, &#8220;Wow, this Z is cheap,&#8221; some caution is needed. <br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC01947.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42544\"\/><figcaption>Nut-fixed axle: lock nut \/ cotter pin \/ wire ring\u2014one of these is required. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC01950.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42545\"\/><figcaption>Handlebar lock: 100% required.
