That&#8217;s what I find myself thinking about, wistfully. <br>Let&#8217;s check out this issue where the engine stalls and cuts out like fuel starvation when you open the throttle. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/DSC00765.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43646\"\/><figcaption>The vacuum petcock has an ON\/OFF switch, presumably for peace of mind. I wonder if there&#8217;s a knob&#8230; <br>It&#8217;s a real pain to turn. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"852\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/DSC00796_LI.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43647\"\/><figcaption>The images are in mixed order. With the petcock installed and the hose connected, we suck on it with our mouth to confirm gasoline flows. <br>\u2193This is the abnormal symptom. <br>When we suck on the GOOD side, no gasoline comes out and there&#8217;s zero suction sensation. <br>When we suck on the BAD side, gasoline comes out and we feel suction. <br><br>Normally gasoline should flow on the GOOD side. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"854\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/DSC_0057.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43648\"\/><figcaption>I wondered if it was installed wrong. Gasoline flows, but structurally it&#8217;s definitely not right, or so I thought. Then I started the engine and&#8230; <br>it ran terribly. When I disconnected the vacuum hose, it ran fine, but&#8230; just for a moment? ??? ( ,,`\uff65\u03c9\uff65\u00b4)\uff9d\uff9d\uff9d? <br><br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/DSC00766.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43649\"\/><figcaption>I figured I should do a synchronization adjustment and also adjust the PS. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"854\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/DSC_0059.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43650\"\/><figcaption>Something was definitely wrong inside the petcock, so I opened it up and found the diaphragm was shredded. <br>I&#8217;m amazed it ran at all&#8230; what a surprise. <br><br>I&#8217;m glad this part came up. The petcock assembly was smelling off. ( 16970-MBB-D41 Petcock assy \u00a511,100 ) <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/DSC00797.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43651\"\/><figcaption>Someone asked me to replace the meter bulbs, so I checked and&#8230; none of them light up? <br>Can something that miraculous happen? I thought it might be a fuse, and sure enough, it was blown. I replaced it, but they still didn&#8217;t light\u2014so I replaced all the bulbs and they finally lit up. <br><br>This one seems like it could have a lot more issues too.
