The afterglow of the ten-day holiday is fading, and with the sad news of traffic accidents, it feels like the Reiwa era is just beginning.

The condition was reassuring with minimal dirt and plenty of oil on the bearings.
By the way, the Inazuma 1200 and GS1200SS have a very poor appearance, so anyone who hasn’t removed them even once should be careful. (It might be difficult to pull the shaft out? <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We also replaced all the bearings, spacers, sliders, and shaft components. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

These are parts like the axle. Even just polishing the heads gives them a nice appearance. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The bolt on the upper side of the rear suspension. I thought, wow, that’s amazing craftsmanship, but it turns out it stretched and ended up like this… impressive. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The right step plate boss was slightly bent, or so we were told. I thought we might be able to use a jack from the inside, but it turned out to be surprisingly tight and wasn’t possible. So we had to… <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Drill a hole in a 20 mm thick aluminum plate and bolt the boss that matches the pipe’s inner diameter to it, then apply the “pull it out” strategy. It worked surprisingly well, and I think we can use this method next time too… it was a good learning experience. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We cleaned and inspected the condition of three calipers. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
