\nFine work\u2014minor modifications. It takes more time than you’d think.<\/p>\n

\nWhen the bike leans too far on the sidestand, it takes a real effort to stand it up\u2014a pain. So I raised it about 10 mm.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nCustomer requested the undercowl attachment changed from bolts to fasteners.
\nThis fastening method currently has three points, but doing it properly would add labor and cost, so we went ahead with reusing what’s there.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nI oriented the fasteners so they point downward when secured\u2014four of them.<\/p>\n

\"\" \"\"
\nAfter switching the rear to a 55 profile tire, the rear fender started rubbing on the tire.
\nI fabricated a rear fender raise kit designed so removal and installation wouldn’t be a hassle.<\/p>\n

\"\" \"\"
\nThat’s how it went.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nOverhang looks bad, so let’s trim it.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nCap bolts in spots where tools can’t fit are the worst. I went with hex flange bolts instead.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nI mounted the ETC antenna to the headlight bracket.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nThe digital gauge power comes from inside the headlight (right switch).<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nI also cleaned the lens while I was at it.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nThe upper cowl width is super tight\u2014I had to shave about 1.3 mm to get the cover to fit.<\/p>\n

\"\" \"\"
\nThe shift arm was just a little off, so I adjusted its position.<\/p>\n

\"\"\"\"
\nI replaced the pinch bolts where possible. Unfortunately, one caliper per side still won’t come off. Where it won’t budge, I left it as is.<\/p>\n

\nI removed all the mysterious air bleed valves and flushed the fluid.<\/p>\n

\nI filled the engine with ELF MOTO4 RACE 10W-60.
\nPretty much all done!<\/p>\n
