\nI thought it was chromoly, but apparently some processing was done on it\u2014surprising. There’s some runout, but it’s within spec.<\/p>\n

\nRequest: leaking from the rear master cylinder? Doesn’t seem like it~, but we’ll do the work anyway.<\/p>\n

\nWe polished it.<\/p>\n

\nThe important part when cleaning the master is that tiny hole on the left side. Always check the passage\u2014if it gets clogged, it’s really bad.<\/p>\n

\nComparing new and old parts for inspection gives outstanding peace of mind!<\/p>\n

\nWe just apply metal rubber to both the cup and cylinder, then assemble.<\/p>\n

\nWe replaced all the fluid.<\/p>\n

\nWe removed the embedded turn signal in the cowl and set it up as 110-3P to make it easier to access.<\/p>\n

I regret now that I made the center the ground.
