It&#8217;s back, so let&#8217;s clean and inspect it.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-47529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/DSC_7661.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"854\"><br \/>\nFork seals with the usual SKF Green.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-47530\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/P1710017.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"855\"><br \/>\nThe cylinder bolts should slide in by hand. If you use new ones, the torque will be solid and you&#8217;ll have peace of mind.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-47531\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/P1710018.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"855\"><br \/>\nThe right-side compression damper adjuster won&#8217;t go all the way in? I pried it out and removed it.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-47532\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/P1710019.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"855\"><br \/>\nTop K, bottom MN\u2014they look similar, but K has an oil passage at the tip. So I&#8217;ll do additional machining.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-47533\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/P1710020.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"855\"><br \/>\nI pried and polished the tip and side, and it&#8217;s done. This is the moment I&#8217;m glad I kept that debris.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-47534\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/P1710021.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"855\"><br \/>\nI machined the blind plug that the spring inserts and gets pressed into from brass.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-47535\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/P1710022.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"855\"><br \/>\nAfter that, a little tapping and checking operation with a click, and we&#8217;re done. ( \u00b4\u0414\uff40)=3 \uff8c\uff69<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-47536\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/DSC_7662.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"854\"><br \/>\nA little squirt, vacuum bleed, and oil level adjustment, and we&#8217;re finished.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-47537\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/P1710023.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"855\"><br \/>\nIt might be good to coat it with rust preventative oil so it doesn&#8217;t rust.
