All clearances from the previous valve adjustment remained unchanged. No cam scuffing anywhere\u2014everything looks good. The engine oil is quite dirty. Let’s check it from various angles to be thorough.<\/p>\n

\nThe dirt wipes off easily, so it doesn’t look like severe sludge buildup.<\/p>\n

\nThe spark plugs looked worn, so I replaced them.<\/p>\n

\nand while I was at it, I polished and cleaned them up.<\/p>\n
