\nThis time, let’s go with the approach of not disassembling all four.<\/p>\n

\nThe dirt is pretty light.<\/p>\n

\nNo rust either, so we’re in good shape.<\/p>\n

\nFloat valve seat\u2014O-ring replacement only.<\/p>\n

\nThe tip, body, and pin are all fine, so we’ll reuse them.<\/p>\n

\nThe spigot gets polished and reused too.<\/p>\n

\nThe valve seal was pretty torn up. Good timing to replace it.

\nThe new one pops right up and seals tight\u2014you can really feel the difference.<\/p>\n

\nThe backing plate coating is peeling off too\u2014that’s a job for next time. For now, we’ll deburr it and reuse it.<\/p>\n

\nOut of the four slides, one had an open bearing (with shim).
\nNot sure why.<\/p>\n

\nThe throttle cable looks in good shape, so we’ll reuse it.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nThen we’ll assemble everything while checking that it moves smoothly, verify the oil level, do a visual sync check, and note down the jets and settings.<\/p>\n

\nAnd that wraps up the carburettor.<\/p>\n
