\nThe rear caliper support is rigid. Light and simple.
\nSince it’s a simple shape, I quickly machined the 7N01 aluminum and got it like this.<\/p>\n

\nThis was too long, so I cut 5mm off each side afterward.
\nRecovery work like this is important, isn’t it?<\/p>\n

\nSo I welded it like that.<\/p>\n

\nHmm~ I think it’s looking pretty good.<\/p>\n

\nThe F1 disk is M6 with 6 holes. There’s no mounting seat on the disk side, so the nut sticks out. I need to clear the caliper support. This original support is thin with ribs holding it together, so I have to be careful not to overdo it.<\/p>\n

\nThere we go~ I’ll finish it with roughing and call it good.<\/p>\n

\n*Normally the nut would be on the outside, but the dimensions are close, so… just checking.
\nHmm~ tight fit. It cleared fine and installed fine, so that worked out.<\/p>\n

\nIt shouldn’t come off or break, but ideally I’d like it to contact the swingarm over a surface area.<\/p>\n
