\nSteering damper bracket. Polish \u2192 chamfer \u2192 counterbore. Nobody notices, but this way the bolts stay hidden and it’s lighter.<\/p>\n

Overall condition was excellent. The clearances didn’t show any wild variation either. Since it’s adjustable, I set both EX and IN to spec.<\/p>\n

\nThe engine oil has been changed regularly. No signs of overheating either.<\/p>\n

\nFor the head cover gasket, please assemble it without applying anything to it whatsoever.
\nSome people think liquid gasket is preventive, but it’s barely effective. And honestly, it’s a pain to remove later.
\nLeaks mean gasket degradation, or there’s something wrong with assembly or the engine itself.<\/p>\n
