\nStarting with the fabrication. Machined 7N aluminum. <\/div>\n

\nSince it doesn’t take much load, we’re just doing some threading and reinforcement. <\/div>\n

It looks quick when you watch, but draining the oil, washing the inside, drying it, polishing the weld spots, degreasing\u2014it’s surprisingly tedious and takes a long time. <\/div>\n

\nA mysterious product we can’t commercialize. On GSXR1100K through N models, when they crash, the upper fairing stay bends slightly, which throws off the center fairing position. <\/div>\n
I had the dimensions from the GSXR1100L model I made last time, so I gave it a shot, but it just wouldn’t fit. <\/div>\n
I made about five different angles from scrap material, and this time 63 degrees seemed to work just right. <\/div>\n
