\nFirst up\u2014we’re returning the handlebar to standard. We considered an easy-riding position, but it turned out to be pretty tough, so standard ended up being the safest bet.<\/p>\n

\nThe throttle wasn’t moving at all, so we had to strip the paint down to a minimum.<\/p>\n

\nWe’re relocating the Watanabe coil. The coil-side mount orientation is different from the one we worked on before\u2014I wonder if the new one has changed?<\/p>\n

So the construction is a bit different from the older one.<\/p>\n

\nThe coil cap is now a vented type.<\/p>\n

\nAnd that’s how it goes.<\/p>\n

\nIt’s up on the left now. And we’re moving the Active meter forward.<\/p>\n

\nPhew\u2026 looking at it closely\u2026 that space is such a waste\u2026<\/p>\n

\nThis opens up a lot of room for relocating the electrical components.<\/p>\n
