\nThe angle was too tight and it got stretched out and squeezed.<\/p>\n

\nAt 45 degrees it should look much cleaner.<\/p>\n

\nStraight to 45 degrees, two of them, then swap out the olives and mesh hose and reassemble. I really think reusable hoses like this are great.<\/p>\n

\nThat’s how it turned out.<\/p>\n

\nThere happened to be a threaded hole in the stem, so I used that.<\/p>\n

\nThe front stand is going to be a bit tricky this time.<\/p>\n

\nI want to secure the fender, but with a nut on the back it’s really tedious to install.<\/p>\n

\nI’ll shear it to the planned dimensions.<\/p>\n

\nPunch with an R die, four of them.<\/p>\n

\nWeld-on nuts, four of them.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nThen grind and done.<\/p>\n

\nApply double-sided tape, tighten and secure it really well.<\/p>\n

\nI also made a hose vibration damper.<\/p>\n

\nFor safety, I wrapped both sides with thick insulation tape.<\/p>\n

\nThat’s how it is.<\/p>\n

\nIt’s all black now. I also replaced the turn signals.<\/p>\n

Basically complete.<\/p>\n
