We started with an oil change and pads, but the disc was pretty worn too, so that’s how it went.<\/p>\n

\nIt was pretty worn down\u2014right time for replacement.<\/p>\n

\nEven if you spend time washing a caliper with poor operation and working it out, the effect is honestly thin.<\/p>\n

Old rubber doesn’t return to its original state, and corrosion and grime in the grooves won’t come clean.<\/p>\n

\nHere at Decoboco, given our equipment, it’s faster and cleaner to disassemble and polish than to wash.<\/p>\n

\nIt came out better than new, and the action is definitely different.<\/p>\n

Since a caliper OH wasn’t requested, we’re only charging for parts.<\/p>\n

\nIt’s nice when a bike is clean and all its parts function smoothly.
\nThe oil change is complete too.<\/p>\n
