\nI’m really curious which paint shop did this. Sure enough, their work is as meticulous as always.<\/p>\n

\nDue to space constraints, we’re working near the entrance. The wheels look great, so we’ll mask them before removal.<\/p>\n

\nIt looks like it had loosened up a bit. The nut on the countershaft is a spot that loosens easily because the throttle is turned on and off repeatedly. Honda, for example, uses a floating drive sprocket on some models. (Like the 50cc ones.)<\/p>\n

The shaft gets struck, so it also develops step wear.<\/p>\n

\nI use at least two spots. It’s fine if it loosens as long as it doesn’t come off. And it’s important not to damage the threads on the shaft.<\/p>\n

\nAfter that, I apply thread locker to the shafts. It’s heat-resistant grease for rust prevention.<\/p>\n

\"\"So it went from 532 to 530 like this.<\/p>\n

\nNew turn signal assembly. The front has a bulb in it, but the rear doesn’t.
\nI was surprised it didn’t light up.<\/p>\n
