As a concept, I want to focus on stepping outside the standard while keeping it lightweight, simple, and reliable.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Won’t use CP2696\/2195<\/p>\n

\u2022 Won’t use 36\/37\/43mm diameter forks<\/p>\n

\u2022 Won’t use Campagnolo\/Dymag\/Morris<\/p>\n

\u2022 Will avoid bolt-on parts as much as possible<\/p>\n

\u2022 Won’t build an AMA replica<\/p>\n

First, given the budget constraints, I decided to go in the direction of stepping outside the standard. It’s not that I don’t want to use certain parts, but more that the budget doesn’t allow it.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Get the dry weight under 200 kilograms<\/p>\n

\u2022 Keep the appearance simple but unmistakably KZ to anyone who sees it<\/p>\n

\u2022 100 horsepower, 200 km\/h capable, reliable engine that won’t break<\/p>\n

\u2022 Avoid polishing too much\u2014aim for an aged appearance<\/p>\n

That’s the general idea. Since I won’t be able to update very often, I’m hoping to update on auspicious days each time.<\/p>\n
