I thought about punching it out, but\u2026 the U-shaped form can’t be pressed.
\nSo I tried a hand punch, but M8 and smaller sizes I don’t have\u2026<\/p>\n

I used a rotary tool to stretch it as cleanly as possible.<\/p>\n

\nSince the width doesn’t match, I installed a spacer. I hate when collars and such fall off.<\/p>\n

\nThat’s how we finished it. There were various other things that looked like they might get tricky, but it seems we managed to clear them all.<\/p>\n
