\nThis is the main ground wire. It’s quite important, so it’s a part worth replacing after a certain period of time.<\/p>\n

\nWe’ll replace the air filter too.<\/p>\n

\nClean up the throttle and apply a light coat of lubricant for rust prevention.<\/p>\n

\nSince we’re overhauling the carburettor, we’ll synchronize it.<\/p>\n

\nWe also replaced the spark plugs along the way.<\/p>\n

\nEngine oil is changed to Newtech NC50.<\/p>\n

\nWe’ll replace all the fluids. Ideally, you want to change them once a year.<\/p>\n

\nWe’ll disassemble and lubricate the levers, pedals, and stand.<\/p>\n

\nChain and sprocket replaced. The hub was quite corroded, so we polished it while we were at it.<\/p>\n

\nIt’s come back to life quite a bit. The front brake switch wasn’t working, so we’ll replace it and then pass inspection to finish up.<\/p>\n
