\nThe current carburettor has about 100,000 kilometers on it, so we’re overhauling the spare carburettor and swapping it in.<\/p>\n

\nWe’re taking it apart aggressively with an impact drill. Disassembling the carburettor is extremely effective.
\nRather than spinning it hard, we loosen it with a “click-click-click” and then “whirrr.”<\/p>\n

\nWe’re keeping reference photos so we don’t get confused when reassembling. Super handy!<\/p>\n

\nThis joint isn’t available… We had ordered it, thinking “the ASSY should come with an O-ring.” But since the ASSY isn’t available either, we realize mid-work that we haven’t ordered the O-ring…<\/p>\n

\nFor now we’re doing the prep work and putting the carburettor on hold.<\/p>\n

\"\" The ETC gate hasn’t been opening lately, so we’re thinking maybe we should extend it a bit more outside.<\/p>\n

\nWe simplified it to something like this.<\/p>\n

\nIf this doesn’t work, the antenna is done for.<\/p>\n

\nOf course, we’ve also made sure you can access the handlebars.<\/p>\n

\nWe’re overhauling the clutch master cylinder.<\/p>\n

\nClean it up, reassemble, and we’re done.<\/p>\n

\nThe cup wasn’t in too bad shape.<\/p>\n

\nBrembo semi-radial master cylinder.<\/p>\n

\nSince there’s no way to remove this and no replacement parts available, we’re skipping the polishing.<\/p>\n

\nIt felt a bit spongy.<\/p>\n
