\nBefore replacing the pads, we clean the caliper. This cast Brembo really doesn’t come clean easily.<\/p>\n

\nIt’s designed without pad springs. If the pads won’t fit, there’s no choice, but considering damage to the caliper, I think it’s okay to install them anyway.<\/p>\n

\nIt’s a good idea to replace the connecting bolts on this caliper from time to time.<\/p>\n

\nThe weak point of Swage-Line fittings: first, the fitting overall length is long.<\/p>\n

\nWhen cleaning the caliper and such, you’ll probably twist it 45 to 90 degrees. Sometimes one loosens up.<\/p>\n

“Huh? Wait? Something moved!” and when you look closely, “Did it loosen? Did it come out?” It gives you a scary feeling. I don’t like it because it adds more things to check.<\/p>\n
