\nSince motorcycles have limited space, making effective use of it and keeping things simple with good serviceability is ideal.<\/p>\n

\nSince we’re using thin sheet metal, we bend and burr it to make it stronger. The nub in the first image is a rotation stopper.<\/p>\n

\nPolished and complete.<\/p>\n

\nIn this era, the rectifier (AC to DC converter) and regulator (voltage control) are separate units. When they become one, there are extra wires, so we remove the unnecessary ones.<\/p>\n

\nDespite the layout deliberation, the wiring system turned out less impressive than expected.<\/p>\n

\nUsing a PAM turn signal relay to unify the hazard and turn signal relays. The square shape makes placement easier. (With STD wiring, you need to bypass it.)<\/p>\n

\nFuses and relays fit firmly into the terminals, keeping everything simple.<\/p>\n

\nThe ETC card is easy to insert and remove, and it saves space.<\/p>\n
