\nThe idling, which had felt sluggish, now sounds like a proper four-cylinder. We adjusted the PS too, and it’s running great.<\/p>\n

\nThe caliper is fairly dirty. We hadn’t noticed any cracks at this point.<\/p>\n

\nYamaha’s MOS calipers look so cool\u2014they’ve got that Spoon or AP vibe, you know? Really nice. And they’re monoblock.<\/p>\n

\nThe dirt is pretty moderate.<\/p>\n

\nLet’s clean up the pad springs too.<\/p>\n

\nWow, it looks brand new\u2014that’s satisfying.<\/p>\n

\nWhen you twist it just right, it pulls in quite a bit from the inside.<\/p>\n

\nThe feel was a bit subtle, so I was watching it and…<\/p>\n

\nWhen you hold it squeezed, fluid slowly seeps out. Seeing this really drove home the importance of applying a little oil after caliper cleaning.<\/p>\n
