\nThe intake manifold is polished and looking clean<\/p>\n

\nThere was no gasket, just liquid sealant, so we’ll make one.<\/p>\n

\nHaving the right tools makes it so much cleaner and faster. I have a gasket punch, but honestly it doesn’t cut cleanly.<\/p>\n

\nA very small float valve. The tip isn’t metal\u2014that’s so BMW.<\/p>\n

\nI polished it, but this aluminum just won’t come clean. I wonder why?<\/p>\n

\nI think it’s clean enough now. Doing a temporary assembly so we don’t forget the setup.<\/p>\n
