\nWe’re running two weeks behind on getting started\u2014sorry about that.<\/p>\n

\nIt’s been a while since we’ve seen corrosion this severe.<\/p>\n

\nWe replaced the intake manifold too. The rubber parts are getting sketchy, so it might be better to stock some spares just in case.<\/p>\n

\nWow, there’s a lot of rust and it’s pretty bad. We’ll need to discuss whether to remove it or what to do about it.<\/p>\n

\nIt’s looking pretty rough.<\/p>\n

\nI wonder what it takes to destroy an NJ\u2014anyway, we have stock, so we’re replacing it with a used one. By the way, the NJ is pretty pricey.<\/p>\n

\nIt was cracked and held together with liquid gasket. Well, that’s just how it goes.
\nWe removed it before polishing.<\/p>\n

\nWe thought we’d have to make one, but we had stock. This should bring it back to life.<\/p>\n

It’s just a choke, so we could disable it, but we’re keeping it for now.<\/p>\n

\nWe try different approaches each time. We’re upgrading the process with each job, thinking about the next one.<\/p>\n

\nIt’s been reborn smooth and shiny\u2014looks great.<\/p>\n

\nRecently we’ve refined our process even more and can now handle four at a time.<\/p>\n

PS washers missing in some spots \/ NJ crushed and corroded badly \/ choke bypass cracked and more\u2014looks like we’ve got our work cut out for us.<\/p>\n
