\nFirst up: a fork that’s unusually stiff. The fork oil is thick and gooey, combined with stiff springs. Let’s get it back to standard.<\/p>\n

\nWe’re going to blacken the bottom case, so we’ll clean it up first before sending it out.<\/p>\n

\nWe’ll polish the cap too.<\/p>\n

\nTaking apart the master cylinder once in a while really improves the feel.<\/p>\n

\nThe rear caliper turned out to be in surprisingly good condition. The seals are original, so if they’ve been in service for a while, replacing them wouldn’t hurt.<\/p>\n

\nWe’ll polish and prep it.<\/p>\n

\nWhile we’re at it, we polished everything that could be cleaned up.<\/p>\n
