Let’s fabricate a brake master tank bracket.<\/p>\n

An aluminum bracket anyone can hand-bend. It’s a well-thought-out product.<\/p>\n

We’ll change the RCS 90-degree outlet to straight.<\/p>\n

We remove it using a thin scraper that we’ve modified.<\/p>\n

Changed to straight. This makes the layout much easier.<\/p>\n

We bent a SUS304 round bar with a bender, roughly matching the shape of the mold.<\/p>\n
