\nLet’s replace the rear brake master.<\/p>\n

I was thinking about it too lightly. The clearance turned out to be surprisingly tight.<\/p>\n

\nCut the existing rod, threaded a round bar with cut threads, and welded it in.<\/p>\n

\nIt looks pretty stock like this.<\/p>\n

\nThe hose outlet is thick! The angle is tricky! What should we do\u2026<\/p>\n

\nI compared dimensions with an outlet I had on hand\u2026<\/p>\n

\nHmm, miraculous? Or rather\u2026 it’s obvious, isn’t it?
\nThis suddenly opened up more options.<\/p>\n

\nSo the straight one looks like it’ll fit most neatly.<\/p>\n

\nI’ll adjust it by grinding down the protrusion and thickness a bit. It wasn’t easy\u2026
\nIf I’d just gone with Nissin it would’ve been easier\u2014but that’s water under the bridge now.<\/p>\n

\nAnd this is done! I was able to install it straight.<\/p>\n

\nFabricated a mounting plate for the MOSFET regulator.
\nWell, same as always.<\/p>\n

\nThe tank was mounted sideways, which is unusual.<\/p>\n

\nbecame this. The rear master took the most work, what with remade brake hose fittings and all.<\/p>\n

\nAfter that, I changed the engine oil. The filter cover looks great since we polished it last time.<\/p>\n
