\nFront is a sand-cast Campagnolo 2.50-18
\nI had it as a spare for the GS1000S but wasn’t using it, so I’m putting it on the CB1100.
\nThe nice thing is that if I remove the hub and replace the bearings and such, I can restore it to original.<\/p>\n

\nI thought adding material would be safe, but it sticks out so much\u2014I’m amazed.
\nStill, it’s impressive how cleanly it machines.<\/p>\n

\nRear is Dymag from a GSX1100S, 4.50-18
\nWow. The master really did fit it skillfully\u2014even the ABS fits in. Looks like a production part.<\/p>\n

\nAs for how much material was added… well, it’s thick.<\/p>\n

\nVarious sections were lightened too. After anodizing and filling with \u03b114, it’ll be ready to ride. Should be around February.<\/p>\n

If the wheels are painted differently on the right and left sides, there will be a nice difference in how they look from the right versus the left.<\/p>\n
